My name is Joey from Creating Positive Spaces.
I believe that the environment you live and work in can impact your health and wellbeing. Clutter and disorganisation can cause stress, anxiety and even physical health issues. That’s why I established Creating Positive Spaces; to improve people’s wellbeing through organised living.
Creating Positive Spaces will get you organised, but more importantly, it will give you:
- freedom and control
- less stress and anxiety
- time to focus on your goals and values
- a safe space to work and live
- less time cleaning and looking for stuff
- and more time to do the fun things
I work with people who struggle, feel overwhelmed, or stressed with clutter and disorganisation. I work with clients to establish creative organising solutions that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
I support people to organise their home, office and even their time. Some of the areas I love to organise include:
- Pantries and kitchens
- Digital content
I take a calm, non-judgemental approach to organising. And acknowledge that everyone learns and organises in different ways which is why I design organising solutions that are tailored to individual needs.
I love what I do and am always looking at improving my skills, which is why I’m a proud member of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD). I have completed Level 1: Certificate of Study in:
- Chronic Disorganization
- Students and Learning Theories
And have also completed my Level 2 ADHD Specialists Certification.
I’m based in Melbourne and support people living in the city and surrounding suburbs, and I also offer virtual organising consultations.
