I strongly believe that the environment you live and work in can impact your health and wellbeing. Cluttered and disorganised spaces can cause stress, anxiety and even physical health issues.
I established Creating Positive Spaces to improve people’s wellbeing through organising lives. Creating Positive Spaces will get you organised but more importantly, it will give you:
- freedom and control
- less stress and anxiety
- time to focus on your goals and values
- a safe space to work and live
- less time cleaning and looking for stuff
- and more time to do the fun things
I work with people who struggle, feel overwhelmed, or stressed with clutter and disorganisation. Or have an organising project and just don’t know where to start. I work with clients to establish creative organising solutions that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
I take a calm non-judgemental approach to organising. And acknowledge that everyone learns and organises in different ways which is why I design organising solutions that are tailored to individual needs. I believe that everyone should experience the benefits of living in an organised space which is why I registered my business as a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider (registration group – household tasks).
I love what I do and am always looking at improving my skills, which is why I’m a proud member of the Institute for Challenging Disorganisation (ICD). I have completed an
Level 1: Certificate Of Study in Chronic Disorganisation and
Level 1: Certificate of Study in Students and Learning Theories.
I’m based in Melbourne and support people living in the city and surrounding suburbs.
