Tracey Warren is a professional organiser based in Adelaide, serving metropolitan and country South Australia.  She established Professional Organising Solutions in 2014 for the purpose of:

“Helping individuals, families and businesses to gain freedom from clutter and disorganisation.”

Tracey’s approach is non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging.  She listens carefully and focusses on reducing feelings of stress and overwhelm.  Tracey helps people to achieve an organising solution that is tailor made for their individual circumstances.

  • Assisting people to move into aged care
    • Visiting the client to discuss which items they would like to take to their new home, and their wishes concerning their remaining belongings
    • Sorting through possessions and distributing them in accordance with the client’s wishes
    • Arranging for suitable items to be sold (including vehicles)
    • Donating goods that are not suitable for selling, but are too good to throw away to a charitable organisation chosen by the client
    • Rubbish removal
    • Preparation of the home for sale or rent
    • Collecting the client’s personal papers and assisting with utility disconnections, change of address notifications, etc
    • Pets – discuss options with the client and make arrangements for their wishes to be carried out
  • Home downsizing
    • Decluttering – sorting through possessions and helping the client to decide what to keep and what to let go
    • Help deciding what to do with the things that aren’t being kept
    • Expert advice on planning for downsizing tailored to the individual
    • Packing
    • Co-ordination of services (removalists, cleaners, tradespeople, etc)
    • Unpacking and setting up the new home
  • Estate clearances
    • Work under the direction of the executor
    • Locate bequests and deliver them to beneficiaries
    • Preservation of heirlooms and memorabilia
    • Identify effects that are suitable for selling, including vehicles, and arrange for them to be sold
    • Collate the deceased’s paperwork for the executor
    • Document all effects and what happens to them
    • Donate goods that are not suitable for selling, but too good to throw away to a charitable organisation chosen by the executor
    • Rubbish removal
    • Prepare the home for sale or rent, including organising cleaning, gardening, repairs, etc
