FAQs about working with Angela Esnouf
So much of my home and life is disorganised. Where do I start?
Start with a commitment. Start with the thing that annoys you most. Start with the easiest thing to tackle. Start by getting help. Call me on 0403 164 468 or drop me a line so we can figure out your first steps.
Do you travel to…?
I now consult exclusively by virtual consultations. That means I can help anyone anywhere, as long as they have the internet or a phone. Take a look here for more information.
How long will it take?
Each organising project is unique, as is each client. Factors such as the size of the space, the amount of clutter and your ability to make quick decisions mean quoting time, or cost for that matter, is impossible.
Will you make me throw out my stuff?
What stays and what goes will always be your choice. I simply ask the right questions to help you make the right choices.
Why are there no before and after photos on your website?
We take our clients’ privacy very seriously. Therefore you will never find us broadcasting before and after photos. We do sometimes take photos before the first session, but these are simply an aid to the client, and a great way to track progress.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made via PayPal or direct bank deposit.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. I make a commitment to help you and expect your commitment to the task as well. Therefore, 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. This allows me to possibly fill the appointment. Cancellations of less than 48 hours will be billed as a full session.
I’d love to be a professional organiser like you. Where do I start?
Excellent! The need for organisers is strong. The best way to get started is to drop me a line. Let’s talk about the possibilities and a starting point, based on where you are right now. I love to help people get started in their own organising career. Also, take a look at my online training here.
I have a burning question but it wasn’t listed here.
Please get in touch to discuss your individual situation. I love to talk about organising.
