Following on with the natural theme, how about greening up your loved one’s life with a plant for the garden?  And while you’re at it, you could offer to help plant it.

Or if you don’t have what it takes to choose one, a gift card from a nursery would do just as well.  A plant is a lasting reminder of the time you’ve shared together.
