Think you have no time to declutter?  While it’s true you need a good deal of time to tackle mountains of clutter effectively, there may be opportunities to clear the clutter hidden all through the day.  Here are 3 sugestions.

  • Arrived early for an appointment?  Sort through a briefcase, purse, handbag or car glove compartment and discard anything which doesn’t belong.
  • Kept waiting at the doctor’s?  Scroll through phone messages and delete, delete, delete.
  • On hold?  Tune out from the muzak and “your call is important to us” and make some headway by decfluttering a file, your desktop or desk drawer.
