Day 5 – 30 Day Spring Fling

Life is too short to use blunt knives.

After tackling the kitchen counter yesterday, now is a good time to look at some of the essential equipment you use in the kitchen.  A good knife is invaluable.  A bad one makes life difficult, sucks time away and produces a less than acceptable result.

It’s time to repair, sharpen or toss any less-than-perfect knives.
