I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. You must Know Your Numbers.
You cannot control what you cannot measure. You can’t run a successful organising business if you don’t know your numbers. In this teleclass, you’ll hear about the numbers that matter –
- how to calculate your rates, so you can charge the right amount
- what to do when it’s time to raise your rates
- the expenses you simply must have, so you can survive in business
- how to measure your numbers, so you track and celebrate your success, as well as head off disaster
- a simple way to make the numbers (your income) grow!
