Does Clutter Make a Difference to the Bottom Line?

You may already know that my home of 15 years is on the market.

You may also have heard of the recent realestate.com.au survey that revealed 56% of Australian home-buyers are turned off by clutter in homes open to view.

I believe first impressions really do count in real estate.  It seems the stats back me up, but what do you believe?
