You might have heard it before but I’ll say it again… Clutter is anything you don’t use, need or love.
It may seem obvious at first, but if you look deeper, “need” is open to interpretation. When I work with a client, one of the first things we do is examine the things they need versus the things they want.
A student might want new shoes, time on the couch and a new bedroom. But that same student actually needs the necessary books and time to study and a space to do it in.
Look around you. Note the first 5 things you see. Are they wants or needs?
