Just like a kitchen counter full of clutter, an overflowing inbox can produce similar feelings of overwhelm and distress.  I know that when my inbox is full, I am reluctant to go there and deal with all the tasks, the clearing, the decisions that will ultimately make me feel in control again.

Today I want you to spend just 10 minutes on clearing your email inbox.

If you still feel motivated after that time, go right ahead and clear some more emails.  But I know this is an area lots of people get overwhelmed by.

You will feel great about taking back control.
