Recently one lovely lady I worked with coined a new phrase… “The Angela Effect”.
Here’s what happened… While working together on something a bit challenging, she came up with a great idea but proceeded to thank me. I pointed out that it was actually her who’d been so clever. But she said it’s only because I’ve been working with her, and said “It’s the Angela Effect”.
This “Angela Effect” kept showing up for her, in making decisions and choices more easily than usual and thinking up creative ideas. The best part was we had great fun working through a challenging problem and getting the job done. She even started rapping about it! LOL
