I’m just back from delivering the “Get On With Life!” Decluttering Workshop to staff at the Department of Health and Ageing. They took the proactive step of personal development, and I thank them for their participation.
One question posed during our workshop was a little hard for most to answer. We were talking about identifying clutter. The question was
Name one item which you do not use regularly, need or love.
This was a little confronting, a bit tough to answer. And it’s not because they didn’t own items which qualified. But taking an objective look at an item, any item, and making that call was a challenge.
How about you? Can you name one thing, right here, right now, which you don’t use, need or love?
