I’m paying heed to my quote of the month, and resting. I am camped by a creek in beautiful north-east Victoria. It’s incredibly hot here but it is pure bliss to sit on my chair in the shaded, ankle-deep creek, reading a magazine.
We have a new tent and, as usual, the instructions were not entirely helpful. The 6-step diagram was almost useless and the written instructions were a thesis. So, as soon as we had successfully erected the new tent, I set to writing out plain-language instructions for next time. I’ll have these laminated and put them in the tent bag. Took me all of 5 minutes and will save future stress and time.
