How much time are you giving away?
Recently I made the tough decision to step down from one of my voluntary roles. It wasn’t an easy or popular decision. But it was a decision that had to be made. My time was being crunched on all sides, and something had to give. I decided to put a cap on the amount of voluntary work I do.
