Delegating Better

A while back, in Delegate Well, I wrote about my clever friend who hired a cleaner and found the perfect way to communicate her needs, using a detailed list.

Well, now she’s improved on that even more.  She has added a list entitled “Where the Hell Does She Keep The…?”  A place for everything (including brooms, mops, window cleaner) and everything in its place.  And now everyone knows where that place is.
