Had a client a while back – a busy builder with 4 or 5 projects always on the go at once.  He needed a way to keep all the plans, specifications, supplier details, etc. separate for each job, but portable, protected and easy to retrieve.  The answer was simple – coloured expanding files.  You don’t always need to spend a lot of money to find the right solution.
