About
Julie Jensen – Changes in Between®
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Clinical Psychotherapist, and Mental Health Practitioner (PACFA 22508) offering therapeutic support to people affected by hoarding behaviours, chronic disorganisation, and ongoing overwhelm.
I work with individuals where hoarding or severe clutter is shaped by emotional distress, grief, trauma, neurodivergence, health changes, ageing, or prolonged life transitions. My role is not hands-on organising. I provide therapeutic support that works with the emotional and cognitive patterns that sit beneath hoarding and chronic disorganisation.
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grief-informed. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, ashamed, or exhausted after trying many approaches that have not helped. Counselling offers a space where these experiences can be met with care, without judgment or pressure to change.
My background includes a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Advanced Clinical Training in Relational Gestalt Psychotherapy, Level I and II specialist training with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, Certified Neurodiversity Coach, and Certified Thanatologist. This informs a way of working that respects individual capacity, complexity, and lived experience.
